The West Bottoms Heritage Days BBQ brings together pitmasters, backyard legends, and BBQ lovers for a weekend of smoke, fire, and friendly competition in one of Kansas City's most iconic neighborhoods. Set against the backdrop of the historic West Bottoms during Heritage Days, this is more than a cookoff — it's a celebration of KC's deep barbecue roots.
